Not because I am young
At my playful age, I just nailed the problems of my life. I enjoyed the breeze of the sea sweetly screwing my nose and my eyes unveiled the flamboyant greens and blue of the globe
But at 17, the cozy and tranquil world turns to a jeopardy globe. The world is now crying for help and calling the next generation to have pity and zip the many issues and affairs that many want to resolve.
Youths are really the hope of our country. Our hearts are burning to wither the flaws of the millennium and be the catalyst that will make a difference. We will vulgarly fight the poverty and hunger. We will be the golden rice that represents our firing will to endow the empty tummy of many unfortunate people. We can be the silhouette and the structure in pointing out education, health, and environment to glide in triumph.
We all know that every government is now making steps in upholding the child and women’s right. But still we can say that not only the government can stand out in taking care of the society. Nevertheless we can create the empowerment of fighting for good, scrapping the reluctant issue that we as a teenager face.
Parallel to these concerns is the reckless fading of the environment. We still have the courage to plant the hope in making a clean and green earth. Cooperating to this global environment awareness is simply by segregating our garbage and buying something in the stores that dwell in preserving the nature.
We can make difference. We can be the outline in quenching the thirst of the thousand years’ goals.
As I dream again to the playful years of my living, I clearly see the victory in eliminating those predicaments that we are now undergoing.
Just say so that we are the youth, and the cufflink that will spoil the global problems.
