Trading worst to better!
We are now in living in a modern life. Our lives are generated by computer and instant products that many refer it as an easy life.
We say so, that comfortable life is living with all we need. But the thing that really boggles in our mind is that do we really have a good lifestyle on our own as these instances pop like a mushroom at a very short time? Having a healthy lifestyle corresponds to a proper diet and exercise. These aspects make our life more enjoyable and productive. These two should jive with each other so that no hindrances will enter in our life such as illnesses.
We may have healthy mind if we have a healthy body. Exercise gives us the important contribution in maintaining a healthy body. It burns calories. There are many kinds of exercises that we may use to enhance the stability of the temple of our soul. One of these is aerobics; it is an exercise that is good for cardiovascular health. Aerobic means “with oxygen”, and refers to the use of oxygen in the body’s metabolic or energy-generating process. That means it will provide better function for our lungs and heart.
Before performing this exercise, we should be sure of the proper ways of doing it. These ways will absolutely give us the better result that we want to achieve. This will also take away repetitive injury stress after doing this exercise. Aerobic activity is also used by individuals with anorexia nervosa as a means of suppressing appetite, since aerobic exercise increases sugar and fatty acid transport in the blood by stimulating tissues to release their energy stores.
These are the several steps in performing an aerobic exercise:
WARMING UP including STRETCHING: it will warm muscles and increase heart rate. This will also prepare the muscles to be used and activate the energy systems that are required for that particular activity. Warming up also prepares the body physically and mentally. The purpose of warm-ups includes: keeping muscles supple, increasing range of motion of joints, enhancing flexibility, improving coordination, increasing body temperature and heart rate, increasing blood flow to muscles and preventing injuries.
Warm-ups, consisting of stretching and flexibility exercises should be performed for a minimum of 5-7 minutes before aerobic exercise.
The right way to stretch is slow and relaxed. Do not bounce. This can actually cause you to pull the muscle you are trying to stretch. You should stretch to the point of “MILD TENSION”. If you overstretch you will also cause damage. Important reminder: do not hold your breath while stretching.
MAIN WORKOUT: it is already the time of having the exercise that we need to burn calories. This includes cardio squats, lying leg curl, push-ups, bent row, crunch, back raise, lateral raise, bicep curls and arm extension. This will definitely tone up our muscles for better function of it.
COOLING DOWN or WARMING DOWN: is an after exercise activity or an easy exercise that will allow the body to gradually transition from an exceptional state to a resting or near-resting state. Cooling down will help remove lactic acids that may cause cramps and stiffness. It also allows the blood pressure and heart rate to return to its resting rate.
It is always important to have a daily exercise likely important to have a proper diet to take the essential nutrients in our body. We should pick bright colored vegetables to get the greater amounts of vitamins and minerals for our body. Water is also vital to sustain the needs of fluids in our body.
Our body is not to be squandered so that it will not shut down like a computer. We should also provide the best of it so that it will take no illnesses and turn to be dysfunctional.
We may live in a modern life today, but still we should take responsibilities of our body. There exists worst things for our body, and still we should have concern to avoid it not for the others but still for ourselves.
